Psychotherapy Internships
We offer internships to trainee psychiatrists, psychotherapists, MFTs and psychologists who want to experience a progressive approach to mental health and benefit from our diverse and leading faculty of visiting supervisors and trainers.
Population
Full Spectrum is an innovative center which works with a full range of clients - from those in severe emotional distress who might otherwise be hospitalized to high functioning clients seeking psychotherapy and personal growth.
Approach and Supervision
We are committed to an integrative, humanistic, whole person approach and bring in some of San Francisco's leading senior supervisors with relevant experience.

Business/Non-Profit Internships
Full Spectrum is an entrepreneurial non-profit. We welcome MBA students or people with relevant experience/enthusiasm who are interested in leading projects in Social Entrepreneurship and Non-Profit Development.
